I'd also say rebuild the 350 with a stroker crank. You may be able to get another map for your current injection system.

Not sure what pump would be better but make sure to keep fresh zincs on it. I have zincs on my three stage and on my hull and refresh them every year.

Just found this after being bummed about Meanchicken shutting down a few months ago. Glad to see some familiar folks and that this forum has been created. I will definitely be checking in here.
