Per the recommendations and guidance issued by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as well as the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare (IDHW), the Northwest River Runners (NWRR) will postpone the upcoming First Annual Banquet that was scheduled for March 28th. We will watch the progress of COVID-19, and reschedule the event to a date that we feel safe for our members and community to attend.
Your Health and Safety is our Priority
Monthly member meetings are currently expected and scheduled to happen as normal. Please watch our Facebook page and website in order to stay updated. Also, please subscribe to our email newsletter via our website, in order to help stay updated.

All NWRR Banquet attendees and vendors have the option of holding your tickets for the rescheduled date, or to be refunded in full. We will be calling and emailing all purchasers in order to ask/process their choice. Please give us a little time to complete this task, our goal is to finish by this Friday 3/20/20.
If you opt for a refund, please await your call/email or begin the process by contacting info@nwriverrunners.org, or by calling the member who sold you a ticket. We will send you an email or give you a call when your event ticket refund is being processed. If you choose to hold onto your tickets, please stay updated and contact us with any questions.

Our thoughts and prayers are with all patients, families, and communities impacted by COVID-19.

Thank you,
-Clint
